Q: When I go into a casino in person they don’t know who I am till I win something big and then I have to show them my id to claim my winnings. Why is it that I have to log in to an online casino and they track me they know everything I have done? When I play slots they know when I win and how much and what machines I play. This doesn’t seem right. It seems a bit rigged. I get a Casino club card if I want an in-person casino to know who I am.

A: I was thinking about this a while ago myself. I’m going to contact iGaming and ask them about this. We have no idea how the slot machines work but they track everything we do on them online. I was on OLG on a slot machine and won $100.00 on a $0.10 spin and the machine went almost 60 spins without paying anything at all.
