Here is a message I got from AGCO after I explained I cashed out at a casino and the iGaming Ontario licensed casino said it was doing the withdrawal but then never took the money away from me. I did this twice and they didn’t take the money away from my account the casin says they have to process them manually then they will take the money away. They also didn’t do one as the casino said it was a duplicate withdrawal. So you have to open another case to reply to AGCO.
They are a joke and we need to take action against these places. As I have said many times iGaming Ontario is in business to sell licenses for a fee and you are no safer than playing at a non-licensed casino
Exp[lained this to AGCO and this is the reply I got from a not-reply email address
